Complete with 40 engraved plates, many first issue points including plates in parts I and II bearing publishers' imprint, "visiter" for "sister" on p. 123 of part IV, "latter" for "letter" on p. 160 of part V. Lacking ads to parts I-IV, VII, XVII; all others complete. Wraps worn and chipped, with some lacking spines.
