the body of square section with canted corners surmounted by a humpback handle, the sides painted with shaped openings two enclosing caparisoned white elephants walking in outdoor settings with rockery and trees, the other two showing roosters, hens and chickens in grass under flowering branches, all reserved on a turquoise ground decorated with lotus sprays, the reticulated cover with interlocking 'T' motifs and painted with lotus scrolls. Length 6 3/4 inches.
