finely woven in gold and multi colored threads to the front, the back and the shoulders depicting eight roundels each enclosing a writhing five-clawed dragon chasing the flaming pearl of wisdom amongst clouds, Buddhist emblems and lotus stems above waves, having dark blue ground borders and sleeve bands embroidered with striding dragons and similar motifs, all against a red ground with fur lining, the hem embroidered with mountain peaks, dragon fish and further auspicious emblems emerging from the breaking waves and five colored stripes. Length 57 inches.
