finely worked in gilt-wrapped and multi colored threads on the front and back depicting five-clawed dragons pursuing flaming pearls amid auspicious clouds, cranes, bats bearing peach branches and Buddhist emblems, above stripes, all against a blue ground, having dark colored borders and at the collar and horseshoe cuffs embroidered with further striding dragons and other similar motifs. Length 54 1/2 inches.
