Continental, likely Swedish, first half of the19th century. A rectangular mirror or looking glass with likely original glass within a molded taupe painted frame with arched top decorated at right and left sides with carved gilt leaf or foliate decoration and central carved leaf surmounting the frame with carved patera or flower. Approximate height 44.5", width 23.5", depth 4". Provenance: Property from the Private Collection of Helen Ballard, Atlanta, Georgia.
