Chinese, Late 19th century. Group of five carved ivory items comprising of a pair of diminutive vases with four clawed serpentine dragon motif on exterior raised on carved ebonized wood circular stands (height of ivory approximately 3.3"); a dragon motif puzzle ball; a meditating Guanyin seated in lotus position with hands pressed together in front of chest on a lotus form base (height of ivory approximately 3.25") and a puzzle ball figural vase with man holding bird on a circular base (height approximately 5"). All unmarked. Items with bases able to be removed. Note: Alternate spellings of Quanyin include Guanyin, Guan Yin, Kwan Yin, and Kwanyin.
