in an openwork foliate motif consisting of wirework stems, scrolled leaves and three fluted four petal blossoms surrounding a central oval cabochon cut pink tourmaline measuring approximately 22. 07 x 15.45 x 10.23 mm, the floral surround accented in translucent orange, yellow and green enamel, the stamens and base containing four seed pearls, the bottom of the brooch suspending a freshwater pearl (origin not tested) measuring approximately 11.28 x 6.20 mm, the brooch containing three old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.13 carat total, the reverse with several suspension hooks and hidden bails. 11.40 dwts.
