Pair of Colin Heaney iridescent copper and crystal goblets, each with spatter blue and gold iridescence supported on a copper patina stem mounted with a beveled angled crystal specimen on a blue circular base. Acid signed and dated on foot along with the Heaney Glass label and original boxes. Hand made in Australia. Height 8.15", diameter of mouth 3". Height 8.25", diameter or mouth 3". Colin Heaney is a world renowned glass sculptor. Originally from Canada he moved to Australia when he was 18 for a surfing trip and stayed, settling in the small town of Byron Bay – famous for its surf and arts culture. From there he produced amazing works of art for galleries all over the world. Apparently, Colin Heaney is no longer blowing glass but has moved on to textiles.
