decorated in the Chinese taste with birds, flowers and butterflies throughout, the clock of portico form with a circular case suspended from beast handles and having a stylized monogram to the reverse, all supported on the backs of twin elephants, each three-light candelabrum of columnar form with a Buddhistic lion finial and flowering prunus branches raised on four elephant mask feet. Height of clock 20 inches.
