in two parts, the upper section having a broken pediment above glazed doors opening to shelves, the lower section with a slant front writing surface opening to a fitted interior above a serpentine front case with four graduated drawers, raised on bracket feet and painted throughout with Chinoiserie figures, flowers and follies in gilt on a persimmon ground. Height 84 1/2 x width 34 x depth 18 1/4 inches.
