the first of compressed flask form, decorated with a black painted pattern and a crane to the reverse, having an agate stopper lid; the second of compressed ovoid form, having molded decoration of the eight Buddhist emblems on a patterned leiwen ground in a red glaze, with a molded band of ruyi below the neck and above the foot, the neck and foot mounted in metal, and with a Tibetan coral and turquoise inlaid metal cover, the whole raised on a fitted, hardwood stand; the third a smaller example and of a compressed, rounded form, having a pale blue glaze to the neck and sides, the neck with carved leiwen band and the sides with painted circles, the two faces depicting a raised sage to one side and Guanyin to the other, each depicted above carved waves with wan symbols and below carved and painted whorls, with a four-character Qianlong mark to the underside, with a coral stopper lid, raised on a fitted hardwood base; the fourth of a compressed flask form, with landscape decoration and poetic inscription to the reverse reserved on a turquoise glazed ground of raised bead texture, with carnelian agate stopper cover and a hardwood stand; the fifth of a compressed, rounded form with tapering bottom and recessed foot, having molded and polychrome glazed decoration depicting buddhistic lions amongst the bajixiang and scrolling ribbons, with a carnelian agate stopper cover. Height of tallest overall 3 1/8 inches.
