consisting of two polished amber specimens, the first from the Dominican Republic of a strong orange color and containing over 50 insects, the second from Chiapas, Mexico and containing numerous stingless bees of the genus Proplebia and a wingless termite, both originating during the Oligocene period. Dominican: 9.50 x 5.70 x 2.50 cm. Mexican: 7.60 x 5.10 x 2.50 cm.
