Peru, consisting of two hummingbirds, one in flight with watermelon pink and green tourmaline wings, a bicolor pink and yellow tourmaline body, blue green tourmaline head and tail feathers and rock crystal belly, joined by the 18 karat yellow gold beak to the seated bird of similar design supported on a carved tiger's eye section in a tree branch motif accented with carved chalcedony flowers resting on a base formed from a bed of drusy quartz crystals over blue and green matrix, possibly a chrysocolla and malachite mix, the color showing through the translucent drusy. 16.50 x 16.50 x 14.00 cm.
