American, 20th century. A pair of heavy tete-a-tete style silver plated modernist candle holders, each with round base surmounted by central cylindrical shaft mounted at top with four streamlined spiral arms each terminating in a round candle cup with wide rim, the bisecting arms in two parts and cups being removable for polishing. Approximately 14.125" tall, 11.25" diameter at candle cups.
