A pair of mahogany and cherry low writing tables made for floor seating each with a striking tumbling block pattern parquetry inlaid top comprising mahogany and cherry veneers surmounting the desk facade with seven drawers comprising a long central top drawer flanked on each side by three smaller drawers each with wooden pulls, with paneled sides and backs, all raised on four angled cut feet. Approximate height 14", width 35.5", depth 24.75".
