the base band embossed and pierced with scrolling acanthus and spaced on either side with a shield engraved in Hebrew with presentation inscriptions, the conforming ribs linked by flowerheads and hung with bells issuing from the beaks of seven birds, the smaller upper crown hung with bells and flanked by fully modeled flowers, bird and ring finial, 87 ozt 10 dwt. Height 19 inches.
