Very fine and rare 18K gold and enamel keyless pocket watch Four-body, "bassine", heavy, cast and chased with oak leaves and acorns, similarly decorated trefoil bow, hinged back cover cast and pierced with a lion rampant within gothic tracery. Hinged gold cuvette chased with foliage and flowerheads overlaid with translucent red enamel in a Gothic border revealed through the pierced back. White enamel, large black Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands.
