Patek Philippe Split-Seconds for Tiffany & Co. , extra movement Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 197526. Made for Tiffany & Co. circa 1920. Very fine, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with splitseconds chronograph. Accompanied by its original Patek Philippe case. Four body, demi-bassine, solid, polished, curved bezel, concealed hinge, button at 11 for the split-seconds with locking bolt, button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero function of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and red fifths of a second divisions, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel poire hands.
