Very fine and rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with perpetual calendar, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, Certificate of Origin, pamphlet, setting pin and hang tag. Two-body, solid, polished, concave bezel and lugs, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. Matte silver with applied yellow gold faceted baton and pyramid indexes, outer dot minute division, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the 24 hours, the month and leap year, aperture for the moon phases. Pink gold dauphine hands. Cal. 240 Q, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
