Imhof Mantel Clock Imhof, Swiss, No. 1357215. Made in the 1950s. Fine, Louis XV-inspired, gilt brass, 8-day going mantel clock. Circular, gilt-brass, scroll finial and scrolled base. Matte gilt with applied radial Roman numerals on cream enamel cartouches, polished half-hour divisions. Gilt Louis hands. Rhodium-plated, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, rack regulator. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 25.5 x 15.5 x 5.5 cm.
