"La musique attendrit les cceurs" Fine 18K gold and enamel, diamond-set, keyless pendant watch. Three piece, "demi-bassine" with rose-cut diamond set loose-ring pendant, grey-blue /linque bezel and band, the back with rose-cut diamond set border, painted en grisazlle, with a Romantic scene in a garden and engraved inside with a dedication dated December 1911. White enamel with radial rabic numerals and outer gilt minute ring. Gold "Louis XV" hands. Notes Specially designed to be worn as a pendant exhibiting the back face. When worn, the pendant needs to be turned to read the ti me and therefore the dial is set upside clown in order that it is in the right position.
