Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold gentleman ' s wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, tachometer and telemeter, with 18K yellow gold bracelet. massive, polished, gradated stepped lugs. black with painted Arabic numerals + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, outer tachometer and telemeter graduations.
