Patek Philippe & Cie. , Geneve, No.114399, case No. 236040, circa 1904. Fine 18K gold hunting cased, keyless pocket lever chronometer, in original fitted box. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished, the cover engraved with the monogram "P.R.". Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with Arabic numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued-steel "spade" hands.
