American Renaissance style oak hall chair in Sgabello form with the back elaborately carved with scrolling foliage and centered with grotesque or North Wind mask, the shaped seat with gadrooning over a front carved lyreform support similarly carved with foliage and mask joined to the back support by foliate carved and shaped stretchers, terminating on paw feet. Height 40.75", width 16", seat depth 14.5", seat height 17.5".
