Probably Niton Geneva, No 49309 and No 49310, made for the French Market, for E. Dreyfous "To Their Majesties", 1930's. Very fine, unusual and very rare, flat, double-face and double movement, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with 18K pink gold deployant clasp. massive, polished, wide bezel, mobile central lugs bearing a special system of attachments hooded between the two bodies of the cases, sapphire-set winding-crowns. "guilloche" silver with painted Breguet numerals on a plain reserve on one side, on the other side, with painted radial Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds dials on the nines. "Spade" blued steel hands.
