Vaucher a Geneve, circa 1850. Fine and extremely rare 18K gold ultra slim half hunting watch with Bagnolet calibre and eccentric dial, fitted in a silver coin of 5 Belgium Francs dated 1850. Three body ultra slim, engine-turned with milled band. Silver fitted outer case made in a genuine coin, the spring loaded lid with push piece in the band. Small silver eccentric with Roman numerals. Blued-steel "spade" hands. Notes Among the slimmest watches ever made, complete watches fitted in gold or silver coins, are extremely rare. A few are illustrated by E. Jagnet and A.
