Four-body, “Empire” type, engine-turned covers and band, reeded bezel edges, gold hinged cuvette. white enamel, Roman numerals, outer minute ring, subsidiary sunk seconds. “Breguet” blued steel hands. Notes Black, Starr, Frost was one of the most prominent American jewelry manufacturers of the 19th century.
