"guilloché" silver with painted Arabic numerals on a plain reserve, aperture for the date, chronograph start/stop display with, on the back, the seconds and the retrograde 30 minutes register ring dials. "Bâton" blued steel hands. Notes This watch is part of a limited edition of 500 examples produced in the 1990's.After having produced the famous Reverso in the version Tourbillon, Minute Repeating and Dual Time, it took Jaeger LeCoultre two years to realize this Chronographe Rétrograde. The complexity of this model constrained the creators to use a double dial: one for the usual reading of the time, the date , and the start-and-stop chronograph indication, the other for the chronograph and register functions
