Very fine and elegant, 18K yellow gold, gentleman’s wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle. two-body, solid, polished, straight lugs, reeded band, crown with sapphire cabochon, sapphire crystal. “guilloché” silver with painted Roman numerals on a plain reserve, sunk “guilloché” auxiliary seconds dial. “Breguet” blued steel hands. Cal. 818-4, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 31 mm.
