Fine, thick, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman’s wristwatch with geometrical button chronograph, registers and date. empire style, two-body, polished, transparent screwed-down case back, straight lugs, triangular red winding-crown, yellow upper chronograph button and square green lower one, sapphire crystal anti-reflective on both sides. white round and triangular tritium indexes, auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, outer chronograph graduation in Arabic numerals, concentric, the 1/5th second scale, aperture for the date. Red triangular hand for the hours, “Bâton” blue hand for the minutes, “Lozenge” yelloe hand for the small second and “Serpentine” for the chronograph. Cal. 1185, rhodium-plated, 37 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, 5 adjustments, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Engraved on the movement plate: “Le vrai bonheur est d’avoir sa passion pour métier”. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm.
