English/ Sheffield, early 20th century. A silver plated round center bowl or punch bowl raised on a round foot, with incised and impressed floral garland decoration on tondo above an elongated band of egg and dart. Exterior with scrolled monogram. Marked to underside with indistinguishable three character mark above "Made in Sheffield England". Approximately 7 5/8" tall x 14 3/8" diameter.
