Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1870. Very fine and rare 18 ct. gold and enamel, keyless pencil set with a watch and day of the week and month. A gold propelling pencil with a watch in the head, with three successive dials, the first for the day, the second showing hours and minutes, and the third the date. The top panel is engraved with a regulating scale, the sides embossed, engraved and enamelled with foliate and floral decoration. White enamel, Roman chapters, outer minute ring. Blued-steel hands. 6.24 x 6.76 x 30.6 mm, nickel with a nickel train, going barrel, 10 jewels, cylinder escapement, platinum balance, blued-steel blance spring, winding and setting crown attached directly to the barrel arbors, regulating hand on the top, two gold buttons on sides to set the calendar.Dim.
