A. Blampignon à Lyon, circa 1630.Fine and very rare single-hand rock crystal pendant form watch in the shape of a scallop shell. Three-body, the hinged covers and band carved in rock crystal and mounted within two gilt frames with geometrical engraving, small finial at the bottom, short pendant, loose ring. 25 x 25 mm, follows the shape of the case, gilt brass full plate, vase-shaped pillars, fusee and gut line for the going train, verge escapement, two-arm steel circular foliot, elongated pinned cock asymmetrically pierced and engraved, ratchet wheel and click set-up.Signed on the back plate.Dim. length 44 mm, width 29 mm.
