Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1830. Fine and rare 18 ct. gold and enamel, navette-shaped pendant watch with visible balance and small seconds. Two-body, the back cover flinqué engraved with azure enamel, within a geometrical frame of black and white champlevé enamel, the band engraved and decorated with an azure enamel rope twist against a black enamel background, gold, screwed cuvette. Navette-shaped, translucent blue enamel, below the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals and outer minute divisions, in the centre the aperture for the balance oscillating against a polished blued-steel plate, above the white enamel sunk subsidary seconds dial. Blued-steel hands. 15 x 28 mm, ogival, full plate brass, fixed barrel, cylinder escapement, plain silver four-arm balance set with rose-cut diamonds, visible through the dial.Pendant stamped with later French import stamps.Dim.
