"Chronometro Medical" Longines, "Chronometro Medical", No. 2317844. Made circa 1915. Fine, keyless, 18K pink gold chronograph pocket watch with instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer graduation. Accompanied by a fitted box. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, engine-turned case back, gold hinged cuvette decorated with Grand Prix medals from different exhibitions. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost graduation to 30 pulsations, sunk subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials. Pink gold "spade" hands.
