Accompanied by a diamond-set gold and enamel brooch. Four-body, hinged bezel set with diamonds, hinged back cover overlaid with dark blue translucent enamel, central star set with a rose diamond, peripheral diamonds, hinged gold cuvette with dedication, detachable gold, enamel and diamond brooch fitting. White enamel with blue-painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with gold-painted Arabic 5-minute markers. Gold "Louis XVI" hands.
