Very fine and rare, jump-hour, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Breguet buckle. Three-body, solid, polished, snap-on case back with concentric guilloché engraving, reeded band, curved lugs, rounded stepped bezel, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown, sapphire crystal. Enamel white with painted black Breguet numerals, aperture for the red 24-hour jump hour, inner minute division. Blued steel Breguet hand. Cal. 562, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 25 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensated flat balance-spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 8 mm.
