Fine and very rare, tonneau-shaped, water-resistant, centerseconds, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with a gold plated Rolex buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back and crown, engine turned bezel. Cream with applied yellow gold faceted dart indexes, outer minute/seconds track. Yellow gold luminous dauphine hands.
