Very fine and unusual, large, curved tonneau-shaped, selfwinding, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with two crowns, center-seconds, manual instantaneous time display and an 18K pink gold buckle. Two-body, polished and brushed, crown at 3 for hand setting, crown at 9 with button for the instantaneous time display, back with 4 screws, curved sapphire crystal. Silver engine-turned with transparent laquer, black radial Arabic hour numerals, luminous dots, outer Arabic five-minute numerals, outermost minutes and seconds divisions on a black reserve with red five-minute divisions. Blued steel pear and double-feuille hands. Rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 33 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 36 x 50 mm. Thickness 15 mm. Notes The time is read on this watch by depressing the button at 9. This moves the hands instantaneously to show the actual time. When the button is released the hands stay in the 12 o’clock position.
