Made in a limited edition of 100 pieces in stainless steel, sold on October 6th, 2005. Fine, large, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with regulator dial and a stainless steel IWC buckle. Accompanied by IWC certificate and instructions. Three-body, polished and brushed, concave bezel, concave lugs, band engraved “14/100”, transparent back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. Frosted silver with small hour chapter with black painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel feuille hands. Cal. 98240, oeil-de-perdrix and wavy-line decoration, 22 jewels, some in gold chatons, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, shock absorber, large index regulator. Dial and movement signed, case numbered. Diam. 43 mm. Thickness 12 mm. Notes The Portuguese Regulateur Special Edition Wempe Chronometerwerke was made in a limited edition of 25 watches in platinum, 50 in 18K pink gold and 100 in stainless steel.
