Fine and unusual, 18K gold, double-dialed, hunting-cased, keyless pocket watch with triple date calendar and moon phases. To be sold without reserve Four-body, “bassine”, polished. White enamel on the front with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds and central moon phase aperture. Gilt Louis XV hands. Hinged matte gilt and silvered calendar dial on the back, with date ring, outer revolving silvered ring for the days of the week and aperture for the months with indication of their number of days. Single gilt dauphine hand. 19’’’, rhodium plated, 17 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Movement engraved with a “shooting star” trademark. Diam. 52 mm.
