Minute Repeater for Richard Lewis Patek Philippe & Co, Genève, No. 65446. Made in 1882, sold on June 29, 1883 to Merrick Walsh & Phelps, St. Louis. Very fine and unusual, minute repeating, 18K pink gold hunting cased, keyless pocket watch with "à legende" dial. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. White enamel “légende” with letters spelling the name: R.I.C.H.A.R.D.L.E.W.I.S. in place of hour numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds, outer hour numerals in small Arabic numerals. Blued steel spade hands.
