Very fine and rare, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold and diamonds wristwatch with round button chronograph, register and an 18K yellow gold Piaget buckle. Three-body, solid, polished, transparent case back secured by 12 screws in the band, bezel secured by 8 screws in the band, set with 36 round diamonds and 12 yellow gold hour markers with engraved radial Roman numerals, reeded sides decorated with 20 round diamonds, concave lugs. Transparent with outer minute track and black radial Roman numerals, brushed gold subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register. Black feuille hands. Cal. 23 P, skeletonized engraved gilt brass, 21 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 38 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
