Silvered with applied baton and Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic 5 minutes/seconds. Gilt feuille hands. Cal. 59.8-D SCS, gilt brass, 20 jewels, indirect center seconds, lever escapement, bimetallic balance, flat balance spring. Dial and movement signed. Dim. 144 x 144 mm. Notes These high-quality center-seconds timepieces were most probably made as a store window display so that potential customers standing in front of the store could adjust their own watches.
