Platinum Ring Watch Cartier, France, No. 75178 / 75178, the movement by European Watch Co. Made in the 1940s. Extremely fine and possibly unique, heavy platinum ring watch. Accompanied by a Cartier box. Two-body, brushed and polished, square inclined bezel, slot in the integral shank for the edge of the rear winding wheel to facilitate winding whilst wearing, back with two screws. White painted with radial Roman numerals, inner minute track. Blued steel hands. 6 ½’’’, by European Watch Co., No. 62409, rhodium plated, 16 jewels, lateral lever escapement, flat blued steel balance spring, index regulator.
