King Batory on Horseback The Soldier's Welcome Jaques Decour, London, circa 1740. Very fine and rare, 22K gold pair-cased quarter-repeating pocket watch with à tact option. Gold, champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer miute track with five-minute Arabic numerals, applied gold scrolling decoration at the center over blued steel plate. Blued steel beetle and poker hands.
