Fine and rare, center-seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 14K yellowgoldwristwatchwith honeycomb dial and an 18K yellowgold Rolex buckle. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed down case back and crown, shaped lugs. Honeycomb off-white with applied yellow gold faceted baton indexes, outer minute/seconds engraved division. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Cal. 1030 rhodium plated, oeil-de-perdrix decoration, 25 jewels, straightline lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating blued Breguet balance-spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 33 mm. Thickness 12 mm. Notes The “Bombay” series of watches started with references 5916 and 5918 in the late 1940s and carried on until the late 1970s, ending with references 1010 and 1011. The caliber 1030 was produced between 1955 and 1967.
