Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, secret Cartier signature on the VII. Blued steel épée hands. Cal. 21, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
