Extremely fine and rare, early, 18ct gold Iady's wristwatch, with 18 ct pink gold Cartier deployant clasp and fitted box. massive, polished, translucent blue and white enamel bezel, cabochon sapphireset Iugs, sapphire set windingcrown.
