Anonymous, Swiss, circa 1810. Very fine 18 ct. gold and enamel, quarter repeating wat ch with automaton Jacks and visible balance. Double body, Empire, polished, the band with chased decoration. Small eccentric white enamel with Breguet numerals, the paste set balance, visible above in a glazed aperture. The dial plate of blue translucent enamel over engine turning, with scrolls and leaves gilt decoration, three coloured gold Jacks, on each side of the dial, strike hours and quarters on two bells. Inverted, gilt brass, full plate, with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement paste set four armed balance. Repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant. In very good condition.
